Kurt is the CEO of ShareThis. Prior to joining the company, Kurt served as CEO of SocialMedia.com, a leader in online display advertising, which was acquired by LivingSocial. Before SocialMedia.com, Kurt spent several years at Google, where he managed the direct sales channel for publishers and helped lead the global launch of Google AdSense as Director of the Content Media Group. Abrahamson also served as the Director of Global Sales & Operations Strategy and as Director of Sales Operations for North America. Before joining Google, Kurt served as Chief Operating Officer of Jupiter Communications and as President of Jupiter Media Metrix, where he helped establish Jupiter as one of the leading Internet research organizations. Kurt received his Bachelor of Science in communications from Cornell, and a Master’s degree in public policy from Harvard.

Tim is the Chairman and Founder of ShareThis. Prior to founding ShareThis, Tim was Director with Blue Chip Venture Company, where he led the firm’s investment in marketing and technology leaders such as Advertising.com (AOL/TW), Nielsen Buzzmetrics (Nielsen) and Third Screen Media (AOL/TW). Prior to Blue Chip, he was an entrepreneur and international consultant leading innovative projects for Apple Computer, Hitachi, Hallmark Cards, Motorola and Procter & Gamble. Tim received his Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from Case Western Reserve University.

Matt is CFO at ShareThis. He brings 14 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking and management of financial teams and processes. He joins the company from Brand.net, where he managed the companys day-to-day and strategic financing. Prior to Brand.net, Gallatin served as Vice President of Corporate Finance at Yahoo! There, he led analysis and due diligence for acquisitions including Blue Lithium and for partnership deals generating in excess of $3 billion in revenue. Matt is also a veteran of Applied Materials, where he served in the corporate finance group, and of Merrill Lynch, where he spent eight years as an analyst and underwriter. Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Allegheny College and M.B.A. from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.

Nanda is the CTO of ShareThis, leading product development, technology strategy and operations. He was formerly the General Manager of Product Ads at Amazon.com, where his team developed a new advertising based product for Amazon merchants. Nanda helped found, lead, and develop the technologies behind startups TheFind.com, where he served as CEO, and BridgeSpan, where he served as President of products and technology. Previously, he was the Vice President of Engineering at NetDynamics, an early e-commerce infrastructure pioneer. Nanda holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from I.I.T. Madras, India, a Masters degree in computer and system sciences from Louisiana State University and Masters degree in mechanical engineering from Cornell University.

Paul is responsible for developing a more effective means for the 2 million+ publishers that make up the ShareThis network to deepen user engagement and increase monetization through our arsenal of social sharing tools. He most recently served as VP, Business Development for the CBSNews.com and CNET brands at CBS Interactive, focusing on product strategy and partner development around technology, content and e-commerce. Prior to that he worked in both business and product development roles for CNET Networks, building a reseller network for consumer electronics content in Europe and North America. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Kenyon College and an MFA from Sarah Lawrence.

Thomas is responsible for driving product innovation, strategy, and execution. Prior to ShareThis, Thomas was VP of Product at ClearChannel, where he launched iHeartRadio. This came on the heals of an acquisition by Clear Channel of the digital music startup, Thumbplay, where Thomas led the development of its streaming music platform. Prior to that, Thomas led the product effort at another startup called @Once, which provided a digital marketing platform to clients such as Nike and Coca-Cola — and was later acquired by Yesmail.

Jon Gregg is the Chief Revenue Officer at ShareThis, the top platform for distributed content (according to ComScore) that touches the lives of 95 percent of the U.S. internet population. Jon is responsible for driving and supporting the sales team and fostering a collaborative environment to generate revenue. Jon joins ShareThis with more than 18 years of experience managing sales teams and leading successful sales strategy and operations. Before joining, he was the vice president of sales at inPowered Inc., where his Teams led major partnerships and he developed and activated a high-velocity sales organization. Prior to inPowered Inc. he led successful teams at a variety of early-stage ad-tech, mobile and social startups. Jon also spent eight years at Yahoo, where he created and maintained strategic partnerships as the global alliances manager.
Jon earned his bachelor’s degree at LeMoyne College in Syracuse, NY. He lives in Mill Valley, California and when he’s not enjoying time with his wife and three children, he can be found coaching youth sports or running on Mt. Tamalpais.

She is a proven leader who brings more than 15 years of experience in HR, people operations and administration. Myha plays a pivotal role in the company’s organizational structure and strategy, enhancing team and leadership performances, and fostering an innovative and collaborative environment across departments.
Prior to joining ShareThis, Myha was part of the executive team at Machine Zone where she grew an excellent team in a competitive market and always employed a “people-first” approach. Her passion for people and the companies that she works for is apparent in all of her endeavors.
Myha received her Bachelor’s Degree in MCD Biology from UC Santa Cruz and is involved with the Society of Human Resource Management.
