Kurt is the CEO of ShareThis. Prior to joining the company, Kurt served as CEO of SocialMedia.com, a leader in online display advertising, which was acquired by LivingSocial. Before SocialMedia.com, Kurt spent several years at Google, where he managed the direct sales channel for publishers and helped lead the global launch of Google AdSense as Director of the Content Media Group. Abrahamson also served as the Director of Global Sales & Operations Strategy and as Director of Sales Operations for North America. Before joining Google, Kurt served as Chief Operating Officer of Jupiter Communications and as President of Jupiter Media Metrix, where he helped establish Jupiter as one of the leading Internet research organizations. Kurt received his Bachelor of Science in communications from Cornell, and a Master's degree in public policy from Harvard.

Prior to Blue Chip, he was an entrepreneur and international consultant leading innovative projects for Apple Computer, Hitachi, Hallmark Cards, Motorola and Procter & Gamble. Nanda is the CTO of ShareThis, leading product development, technology strategy and operations. He was formerly the General Manager of Product Ads at Amazon.com, where his team developed a new advertising based product for Amazon merchants. Nanda helped found, lead, and develop the technologies behind startups TheFind.com, where he served as CEO, and BridgeSpan, where he served as President of products and technology. Previously, he was the Vice President of Engineering at NetDynamics, an early e-commerce infrastructure pioneer. Nanda holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from I.I.T. Madras, India, a Master’s degree in computer and system sciences from Louisiana State University and Master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Cornell University.

Matt is CFO at ShareThis. He brings 14 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking and management of financial teams and processes. He joins the company from Brand.net, where he managed the company’s day-to-day and strategic financing. Prior to Brand.net, Gallatin served as Vice President of Corporate Finance at Yahoo! There, he led analysis and due diligence for acquisitions including Blue Lithium and for partnership deals generating in excess of $3 billion in revenue. Matt is also a veteran of Applied Materials, where he served in the corporate finance group, and of Merrill Lynch, where he spent eight years as an analyst and underwriter. Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Allegheny College and M.B.A. from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.

As VP of Marketing at Maven Networks Inc., she led all marketing efforts including product marketing, public relations, brand vision, marketing strategy and market development. Kristen also served for six years as VP of Marketing for Major League Baseball Advanced Media (MLBAM), where she led all marketing activities and was a member of the executive team.
